Wonky Arm

Wonky Arm

/won-ky ärm/

An upper limb of the human body from the shoulder to the hand that is slightly immobile and distorted in shape from cancer treatment. Regardless of it’s wonkiness, the arm is still of value.

I started this blog in 2014 as a place for self expression, reflection, and to write candidly about cancer, disability, and other diversities in my life. I know I am not alone in my experience of the disease, but each of us has a unique perspective. My aim is to evolve this blog into a place where people can find some inside knowledge and helpful advice, anecdotes, and tools related to cancer, and disability.

I encourage diversity and appreciate when others can share their perspectives since mine is only one voice.

Enjoy my rough edges, and love your own!
